Our condo is at exclusive Cape Marco on Marco Island with magnificent gulf front views from the lanai and the condo itself. Several miles of the beautiful Marco Island crescent beach are just a few steps away with access from a private path which runs in front of our condo building and along the gulf. This condo offers amazing and tranquil views of the ocean, the barrier islands, and Marco Island itself. From the lanai, it is not uncommon to see dolphins and manatee playing in the ocean. So that you can view the wildlife up close, we provide binoculars and telescope.
It has 3 bedrooms (1 King; 2 Queen), 2 full bathrooms and is 1946 square feet. There is a heated pool (a few feet from the gulf), on site fishing pier (yes, you actually can catch fish from the pier), Hard Tru tennis courts, two workout rooms, dry sauna, covered parking and security personnel at the gated entry. There is a full size washer/dryer in the condo. This condo is not your typical rental unit. Because our condo is a second home for us, you will find our condo very well appointed, updated and clean.
