Built in 2006 and professionally decorated, our 4 bed 4 bath villa has been equipped to ensure your stay is as comfortable and pleasant as our own.
Our home comprises 1 king master bedroom with ensuite full bath, 1 queen master bedroom with ensuite full bath, 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom sharing a full bath. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs and DVD.
Tiled floors throughout open areas. Living room seats 8 with large 42' LCD TV and DVD. Dining room seats 8 comfortably. Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast nook seating 4-6. Separate study/TV room with writing desk, sofa bed, TV & DVD with full ensuite bath. Laundry room with washer/dryer, iron & board.
Games room with pool table, foosball, air hockey table, playstation 2, game boards & toys. Gorgeous south facing pool & spa w/ pool toys, loungers, table & chairs. Wireless Internet access throughout. A security system is installed and our excellent 24 hr property managers are available!
We also cater to babies needs by providing complimentary usage of 2 cots/playpens, stroller and highchair, toys, books and children's videos. For safety of the little ones, there is a protective mesh pool fence, providing a barrier to the pool.
Please note that for the safety and comfort of all guests, pets are not allowed and smoking is strictly prohibited. Maximum capacity for our home is 10 guests, including children.

Tuscan Hills is conveniently located on Highway 27, one mile south of the junction with US 192 West and within 10-15 minutes of everyone's favorite theme park, Walt Disney World Resorts and the Disney inspired town of Celebration.
Restaurants, banks, ATMs, supermarkets, service stations are all located very close to our community. A 24 hour Walmart SuperCenter is located approximately 4 minute north on US 27. A Publix Supermarket, medical clinic, great Chinese, Indian & pizza takeout and a new AppleBee's family restaurant are all located approximately 2 minutes South on US 27 within the Berry Town Center. Other restaurants offering full service or take out are all within close proximity, as are golf courses, parks, lakes, biking, fishing and other amenities.
