DESCRIPTION
Come and enjoy your Florida vacation in our 4-bedroom and 3-bathroom town home located in 4-star Regal Palms Resort and Spa at Highland's Reserve. Our Regal Palms town home will sleep 10 people comfortably and has all the amenities of home including a fully equipped kitchen. Every bedroom has a TV and a DVD player. The town home includes FREE high speed wireless internet, 2 in-room safes, iron & ironing board, vacuum, hair dryer, baby gate, high chair and umbrella stroller. Our town home is in the first phase of Regal Palms and is close to the pool area.
Regal Palms Resort at Highland's Reserve is a new resort with many spectacular features including a 2.5 acre tropical pool complex with 2 heated pools, lazy river, waterslide, zero-entry and children's playground. The clubhouse has a 24 hour check-in and business center. The clubhouse also has a restaurant, sports bar and game room. While there, enjoy the Regal Palms Spa and Health club which has everything you need to either exercise or unwind. The Resort is within walking distance of a Publix grocery store. Nearby are many restaurants and stores.
Regal Palms provides a complimentary shuttle to Disney World. Other destinations available for a fee, please inquire at guest services. Disney World is 8 miles from the resort and about a 15 minute drive.

For Stays of 4 nights or less there is an $85.00 cleaning fee
All guests are required to pay the $10 per night plus tax resort fee upon check-in.
A $100 security and reservation deposit is required to reserve our home. This deposit is fully refundable within 7 days of departure contingent on my property manager’s inspection of the home’s condition.
When comparing prices remember our town home is close to the pool and we offer free private wireless internet.
