Dennisport is a family-oriented beach community. Our cottage is along side five other summer homes & vacation rentals on a family-friendly cul-de-sac. Our cozy beach cottage has that traditional Cape Cod feel with its knotty pine interior walls and the airy open floor plan for the living room & dining/kitchen area. Each cottage has two (2) bedrooms (with two twins in each) with all new bedding annually and recent purchases of mattresses.

There is a front deck with a full patio set for you to sit out & enjoy your morning coffee and also a gas grill for your family to enjoy an after-beach dinner or a quick BBQ lunch.

In addition to our bathroom shower, our cottage is also equipped with an hot/cold outdoor shower, that is perfect for washing off the salt water & sand at the end of your beach day! Sea Street beach is our closest beach (.3 mile) from the cottage (4 others within less than a mile). It is a public, life-guarded beach just an easy stroll....down Sea Street. (Sea Street runs diagonally and the walk is about .5 mile) You do not need to bring your own beach chairs we have provided four beach chairs for you to enjoy the surf and sand.
