What will happen if someone requests my verification documents?
We understand that some of the documents that you provide to us are very
sensitive information. This is why we will never share it with any other party.
If we receive a request from someone asking how we verified your information, we
will provide them with the following basic information:
- Date when application was received.
- Date when we received a proof document and the type of proof.
- Date when we verified it.
- Date when you were issued a seal.
If the perspective renter is insisting on seeing original proof, we will
contact you and you will decide if this is something that you want.
On the rental seal application, we will give you the ability to show any
information you would like to share with perspective owners.
