Will my ownership information be displayed on-line?

It will only be displayed if you want it to be. We keep all information confidential unless you specify otherwise.

How will renters know my property is verified?

You will place a piece of code with a seal image on your website with link to your seal information page. You can write about the seal on your listings on portals so renters can check them if they wish to. You can mention it on the phone or in email while replying to an inquiry. Having rental seal will give your renter a sense of professionalism.

What information is displayed on the seal page?

We display the city, state and zip code of your vacation rental. The address can be displayed if you prefer. You also can choose to display information about your membership in local chamber of commerce.

The Rental Seal page will also display your web presence – your vacation rental website, portal listings, calendar, guest book and any other information that you want to provide about your vacation home to visitors.

What will happen if someone requests my verification documents?

We understand that some of the documents that you provide to us are very sensitive information. This is why we will never share it with any other party. Will my vacation rental address be public?

We feel that is a safety issue in regards to the address of the vacation rental. We don’t recommend publishing the address of your vacation rental anywhere on the web – on our site, your site or any other portal. Will my phone number and email address be listed on the seal page?
