What are the steps in your verification for ownership?
All owners are required to submit proof of ownership. It can be in the form of a deed, insurance declaration page or a recent tax document. Any additional papers are welcome. Once we receive your documentation we will manually verify your ownership status.
What other papers do you consider as a proof of ownership?
If you are a member of a local chamber of commerce for over 3 years, we will issue a seal after verification. Copy of insurance declaration page with the property address and your name or last real estate tax bill would be a very good proof too.
